    Abstract: A communications jack includes a spring block having a plurality of conductors. A jack housing has an opening. A comb is separate from the spring block and the jack housing, and is attachable to the spring block. The comb holds ends of the plurality of conductors in spaced relation to one another. The spring block and comb, when attached, are insertable as a unitary piece into the opening in the jack housing.
