Abstract: This invention relates to a process and a device for controlling power for a circuit comprising a resonant inverter intended to supply a variable impedance load comprising an inductive component. The invention renders the active power consumed by the load independent of the nature of the load by producing an error signal that is a function of an average value of a current passing through power transistors of the inverter, this error signal being used to control a power modulator controlling the switching of the power transistors. Such a process and device finds particular application to a circuit for controlling power supplied to an inducer and a cooking utensil.

Abstract: A temperature-measuring device for an induction-type cooking appliance is disclosed with a heat measuring device for an induction-type cooking hob including a heat conductor for measuring the temperature of a sauce pan or its contents independently of its diameter or its bottom surface configuration. A heat conductor includes modifications which minimize the effects of currents provided by the induction heating. The device allows for the measurement of temperature during induction heating.

Abstract: An electrostatic powder-depositing installation for depositing powder on hollow parts of large dimensions. It includes a powder-depositing cage (1) which is open at the top and a powder-depositing unit (41) placed beneath this opening (2) so that the hollow parts vertically fit over the powder-depositing unit as they pass through the opening of the powder-depositing cage. Application is to installations for coating parts and, in particular, metal parts.

Abstract: Regulation of the temperature of a pyrolitically cleaned cooking oven during cleaning to avoid local overheating of the oven base plate enamel. A heating-up power level is used until near the pyrolitic temperature, and then a lower power level is used for maintaining the oven at about the pyrolitic cleaning temperature. The change over takes place preferably at about 470.degree. C.
