  • Patent number: 12042957
Abstract: A mixing and extrusion machine (10) for the manufacture of rubber mixtures includes a mixer with a converging conical twin-screw (12) with a fixed frame (14) that supports sleeves (16). Two screws (18), being mounted at an angle, are mounted in the mixer (12) in such a way as to move in translational movement between an opening (22) arranged upstream and an outlet (25) arranged downstream of the sleeves. The screws are mounted in the sleeves with removable doors including sliding shutters (40) installed relative to the outlet (25). The sliding shutters move linearly between a closed position, in which the sliding shutters prevent the mixer from discharging the mixture, and an open position, in which the sliding shutters prevent discharge of the mixture through the sides of two counter-rotating rollers (32) of a roller nose type system located just downstream of the outlet.

  • Patent number: 12036830
Abstract: A cord (50) comprises a single layer (52) made up of N helically wound metal filamentary elements (54) having an outer diameter D, the metal filamentary elements (54) defining an internal enclosure (58) of the cord of diameter Dv. Each metal filamentary element (54) has a diameter Df and a helix radius of curvature Rf. With this cord (50), D, Dv, Df and Rf being expressed in millimeters: 0.10?Jr?0.25, 9?Rf/Df?30, and 1.60?Dv/Df?3.20, where Jr=N/(?*(D?Df))×(Dh×Sin(?/N)?(Df/Cos(?×?/180))) and ? is the helix angle, expressed in degrees, of each metal filamentary element (54).

  • Patent number: 12036757
Abstract: The manipulator device includes a pedestal and a carrying mechanism which carries a platform and which forms an articulated triangle comprising: a first arm borne by a first carriage with a first pivot link whose axis forms a first vertex of the triangle, a second arm borne by a second carriage with a second pivot link whose axis forms a second vertex of the triangle, a seat situated at the intersection of the first arm and of the second arm, which forms a third pivot link whose axis is parallel to the first pivot axis and the second pivot axis and forms a third vertex of the triangle. A module is provided for servocontrolling the translational movements of the first carriage and the second carriage with respect to the pedestal. A yaw orientation interface comprises a fourth pivot link, by which the platform is articulated on the seat, both relative to the first arm and relative to the second arm, about a fourth pivot axis which is coaxial to the third pivot axis.
