    Abstract: A method of obtaining a reinforcing assembly comprising reinforcement threads and a solid matrix is characterized by the fact that reinforcement threads surrounded individually by a sheathing of organic material I and furthermore surrounded by another sheathing of organic material II are grouped together, by the fact that the material II is caused to migrate into voids between the threads sheathed with material I and by the fact that the material II is caused to solidify.
