Abstract: A method of decoding video data by a device is provided. Level values corresponding to a chroma coding block are received. The chroma coding block is one of chroma coding blocks resulting from partitioning a chroma coding tree block. A luma coding tree block corresponding to the chroma coding tree block is partitioned into luma coding blocks which are organized into quantization groups such that luma quantization parameters are determined for the luma coding tree block. One of the luma quantization parameters that is mapped to the chroma coding block is identified. A predictive quantization parameter is derived by using a value derived from the identified luma quantization parameter. A chroma quantization parameter is determined by adding a delta quantization parameter associated with each of the chroma coding blocks to the predictive quantization parameter. Transform coefficient values are generated based on the determined chroma quantization parameter.

Abstract: An optical device is provided. The optical device includes a substrate, a plurality of color filters and a plurality of spacers. The substrate has a central region and a peripheral region. The plurality of color filters include red color filters, green color filters and blue color filters and are formed on the substrate. The plurality of spacers are formed between the color filters. The refractive index of the spacers reduces gradually from that of the spacer located at the central region to that of the spacer located at the peripheral region of the substrate.

Abstract: Systems and methods herein are developed which enable modification of an initial customized cosmetic product, wherein the initial customized cosmetic product is created based on an initial customized cosmetic product specification or an existing specification of a non-custom product. One such system and method for making a custom cosmetic product from an existing non-custom cosmetic product is configured to be capable of: characterizing a non-custom product with a known key comprised of at least one search component; providing user interaction to modify at least one of the at least one search components in this key to create a modified key; and using the modified key to produce custom product which may include determining manufacturing instructions. Such systems and methods may incorporate a custom or non-custom product attribute data base for providing product attribute data for modification and adjustment of the user search key using an adjustment service.

Abstract: A method for generating mark information in a virtual environment includes displaying a target-perspective picture showing the virtual environment including a virtual character from a perspective, a sight bead and a mark control interface being displayed in the target-perspective picture. The method also includes receiving a first-perspective switching operation, and changing an observation direction of the target-perspective picture and an aiming position of the sight bead according to the first-perspective switching operation. The method further includes receiving a mark operation triggered on the mark control interface, and generating, according to the mark operation, mark information on a virtual object to which the aiming position points.

Abstract: A rational fuel-cell power following strategy is made according to values such as vehicle fuel-cell power, battery power, and SOC (state of charge) of a lithium-ion battery; in the same time window, effects of different fuel-cell power growth rates on SOC of the lithium-ion battery are tested according to vehicle requirements; and at the same fuel-cell growth rate, effects of different time windows on SOC of the lithium-ion battery are tested according to vehicle requirements; a proper time window and a proper fuel-cell power change rate are found, so that the SOC value of the lithium-ion battery fluctuates within a certain range. The present invention can achieve a good operation mode of power distribution between the fuel cell and the lithium-ion battery, ensuring rational utilization of resources, thereby extending the application range of the lithium-ion battery to the maximum extent.
