The client devices receive upload configuration information based on information relating to their prior uploads and upload operation. Uploads are provided to other client devices according to the upload configuration information. The client devices adjust an upload configuration based on the received upload configuration information. For example, the client devices adjust an upload bandwidth, an upload speed limit, or blocking/non-blocking status for upload channels.

Abstract: A programmable-threshold power supply selector has two power-supply inputs VDD1 and VDD2. The higher of these two voltages is pre-selected as a common supply that powers all transistors and circuitry in the programmable-threshold power supply selector, including substrates under transistors. An open-loop decision circuit is very stable since it uses no feedback. A tunable voltage divider divides VDD1 by a programmable divisor. The divided VDD1 is compared to a reference voltage to generate switch-control signals. The switch-control signals drive the gates of p-channel switch transistors that connect either VDD1 or VDD2 to an output supply voltage. The different programmable divisor values effectively cause VDD1 to be compared to a programmable threshold voltage VTH. The switch transistors switch the output supply voltage to VDD2 only when VDD1 falls below VTH. The output supply voltage remains at VDD1 even when VDD1 falls below VDD2, eliminating unnecessary power switching.

Abstract: A method for recommending keywords can receive a first search term entered by a user, search a keyword library comprising a plurality of keywords and retrieve a preset number of keywords based on a similarity coefficient between each keyword and the first search term. After receiving a second search term entered by the user, the method obtains a correlation value between the second search term and the first search term based on whether a webpage in a search result of the first search term visited by the user includes the second search term, and determines the similarity coefficient between the second search term and the first search term in accordance with the correlation value. And then, the method updates the keyword library to save the similarity coefficient between the second search term and the first search term.

Abstract: The present invention provides an industrially applicable method for production of a fluorine-containing cyclopropane carboxylic acid compound useful as an intermediate for pharmaceutical and agrichemical products. A fluorine-containing cyclopropane monoester is obtained by: forming a fluorine-containing cyclic sulfate with the use of a fluorine-containing dial compound and sulfuryl fluoride (as a cyclic sulfuric esterification step); reacting the fluorine-containing cyclic sulfate with a malonic diester, thereby forming a fluorine-containing cyclopropane diester (as a cyclopropanation step); and hydrolyzing the fluorine-containing cyclopropane diester (as a hydrolysis step).

In addition, a group user level association system is further provided, the technical solution of the present disclosure, as compared with a user level based on an online duration and an active degree, can more truthfully and objectively reflect a level difference between users in a group, so as to improve efficiency of a group owner or an administrator applying or managing the group and increase enthusiasm of using a group operation by a user.

Due to constructing a circuit unit by welding connections in a way of building blocks, welding directly between components in a 3D space, comparing to the circuits limited in a circuit board plane as a PCB, it owns a wider design space.

Abstract: A video synchronous playback system includes: a mobile terminal, a personal computer (PC), an encoding server, a streaming server, and a playback device, where the mobile terminal is configured to capture a current displayed frame of a played video to obtain a first image, perform bitmap scaling processing on the first image to obtain a second image, perform image compression processing on the second image to obtain a third image, and send the third image to the encoding server by using the PC; and the encoding server is configured to restore the third image into a bitmap image to obtain a fourth image, perform bitmap scaling processing on the fourth image to obtain a fifth image, perform format conversion, encoding processing, and encapsulation on the fifth image to obtain a video stream, and send the video stream to a target playback device by using the streaming server.

Abstract: A method for processing text information is provided, the method including: obtaining text information and extracting text characters contained in the text information; extracting, from the text characters, target characters satisfying a predetermined rule; calculating a filtering index of the text information according to the target characters; and when the filtering index meets a predetermined condition, executing an operation corresponding to the predetermined condition on the text information. In addition, an apparatus for processing text information is further provided. The method and apparatus for processing text information can improve the accuracy and efficiency of filtering out junk text information.

Abstract: A method and a device for multi-antenna transmission in a user equipment and a base station are disclosed in the present disclosure. The user equipment first receives a first signaling, receives a first wireless signal, and transmits first information. K antenna port groups are used to transmit the first wireless signal. The first signaling is used to determine the K antenna port groups. The K antenna port groups respectively correspond to K channel quality values. K1 antenna port groups of the K antenna port groups correspond to K1 channel quality values of the K channel quality values. The K1 is a positive integer less than or equal to the K. A first proportional sequence corresponds to a ratio(ratios) among the K1 channel quality values. The first information is used to determine the K1 antenna port groups and the first proportional sequence.

Abstract: A method for training a voice data set is provided. A first test set of data selected from a first voice data set, and a first voice model parameter obtained by performing first voice model training based on a first voice data set, are obtained. Data from a second voice data set is randomly selected to generate a second test set. Further, second voice model training is performed based on the second voice data set and the first voice model parameter when the second test set and the first test set satisfy a similarity condition.

Reference QPs corresponding to the two reference pictures of the current picture can be determined. A current QP of the current picture can be determined according to the reference QPs and the current QP offset. The current picture can be coded according to the current QP.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a pedestrian protection system that includes a first sensor that generates a first signal indicating a hazard condition in front of a vehicle. The pedestrian protection system may also include an external airbag system that deploys an external airbag outside of the vehicle. In operation, a processor receives the first signal from the first sensor, processes the first signal to detect the hazard condition, and activates the external airbag system in response to the detected hazard condition to protect at least one of a pedestrian and the vehicle.
