  • Patent number: 9803912
Abstract: The condensate evaporator has a pan that is pivotally mounted on a fulcrum defined by two posts to depress the plunger of a switch as condensate collects in the pan. The switch and posts form a three point support for the pan on a flat surface. The switch is actuated by the pivoting of the pan to deliver power to a heater pad for heating the condensate.

  • Patent number: 9765919
Abstract: The resilient foot has a rubber tubular member to provide a resilient support and an insert of solid material within the tubular member to limit the travel of the resilient foot under load. The insert is disposed in a bore of the tubular member and is inwardly spaced a small distance from the support surface of the tubular member to limit the vertical motion. The resilient foot has an enlarged elastomeric flange to provide non-slip characteristics and radial grooves are provided in the flange for the squeezing out of fluid between the foot and a mounting surface.

  • Patent number: 9528249
Abstract: The valve assembly employs a remotely located button to open normally closed solenoid valves in the cold water line and hot water line via an electronic control module. In response to a second signal from the button, the control module causes the solenoid valves to close. A metering valve senses the flow rate of cold water and issues a signal in response to the flow rate being below a minimum flow rate to the control module to close the solenoid valves to block further delivery of water.

  • Patent number: 9046256
Abstract: The connector for connecting the LED tube to the electrical supply holder has a pair of metal connector pins each of which has a pair of electrical contact in two bores of a circumferential array of bore to allow the LED tube to be inserted into the electrical supply holder in each of several positions 90° apart. In a second embodiment, the connector has a pair of metal connector pins each of which has a semi-cylindrical wall against which a pin of the LED tube contacts. In this embodiment, the LED tube may be turned up to 360°.

  • Patent number: 6994318
Abstract: The faucet spout attachment includes a handle that is moved by a user during use from a rest position into a rear position or forward position from which the handle is spring-biased back to the rest position when released. A cam is actuated by the handle that allows the handle to be moved into a locked position for hands-free operation. The handle is mounted on the lower housing piece of a two-piece housing that is rotatable relative to the upper housing piece to allow for alignment of the handle for proper use.

  • Patent number: 6886216
Abstract: The caster leg assembly has a slidable collar mounted on a shank that is threaded onto a stud fixed within a hollow table leg. A resiliently deformable ring is positioned between a shoulder on the shank and an inwardly turned end of the leg. A locking nut is threaded onto a threaded portion of the collar to abut the inwardly turned end of the leg. After the shank has been adjusted along the length of the stud, the locking nut is threaded against the end of the leg to cause the collar to be drawn in a direction out of the leg thereby compressively deforming the ring to frictionally engage the collar and leg. This, in turn, locks the shank against rotation relative to the leg.
