  • Patent number: 11924650
Abstract: A system, method and computer program product for content delivery of services in a mobile telecommunication network on the basis of predictions of user and network needs. The method includes collecting and receiving information of the use of services in the network, and analyzing network behavior on the basis of the information received. The traffic load in the network is continuously monitored in real-time by estimating the traffic load locations in the network and the network capacity needs for delivering the services. The analysis is used for deciding the optimal network configuration to be used for supporting the estimated traffic load locations in the network. The network behavior is controlled based on the selections and decisions of the analysis by sending requests to network components for network configuration.

  • Patent number: 10771471
Abstract: A method for user authentication in a telecommunication network includes an authentication server with an authentication service and comprises an initial identity check of a upon a user request. The method includes steps performed by the authentication server, in which steps the authentication server receives a request with user behavior data for further authentication of a user, stores the user behavior data, matches the initial identity with previous information of the user by using an algorithm, performs further checking of the identity of the user if the initial identity of the user and the previous information of the user did not match in a predetermined manner, and reports the result of the further authentication as a reply to the request. A system performs the steps of the method.

  • Patent number: 9100451
Abstract: A mediation method and a mediation system divided into independent node components that process event records independently of the other components of the system. In addition, the system is provided with at least one node manager component that configures the node components and starts them up, when required. Further, the node manager component monitors the functioning of the node components and also stops the node components, if required. Each of the independent node components operates according to its own settings and is thus self-contained and capable of continuing operation even though some of the other components are temporarily inoperative. The system comprises also a system database that manages configuration information and stores audit trail data.

  • Patent number: 7743117
Abstract: The invention relates to a method, system and computer program product for provisioning in a communications network. The provisioning method includes at least a step for sending at least one request for defining measures relating to customers and/or services and/or network elements, the method including processing (20-23) each request, executing tasks according to the results of the processing step, and reporting the results to the requesting entity. In accordance with the invention, the processing steps are performed in functional layers (20-21) and the method steps of at least one layer (22) are performed by independently mountable and dismountable functional modules (30-34).

  • Patent number: 7649840
Abstract: The invention includes method for monitoring and/or limiting the use of a data communications connection subject to payment between IP clients in a packet-switched connection network, in which method the operator terminal, such as a SIP system, of the signalling channel of the connection station of the client is set to control a traffic limiter, such as a firewall in the operator's traffic-relaying system between the source terminal and the destination terminal. The invention also includes a system for limiting the use of a data communications connection subject to payment, between IP clients, in a packet-switched connection network and a computer software product for limiting the use of a data communications connection subject to payment, between IP clients, in a packet-switched connection network.
