Abstract: A call receiving device includes an identification information acquisition part configured to acquire identification information by receiving calls each made based on identification information that is explicitly or implicitly provided in a web page and that identifies a call receiver. An information associating part is configured to associate the acquired identification information with discrimination information to discriminate each of the calls. A call connection part is configured to connect each of the calls to the call receiver. A discrimination information sending part is configured to send the discrimination information to the call receiver through the call connected to the call receiver. A discrimination information receiving part is configured to receive the discrimination information input into a predetermined device.

Abstract: An advertising-effectiveness determination method includes receiving a call made based on identification information provided to an information-providing medium in association with advertisement information. The call is connected to a call receiver indicated by the identification information. Input information input into a calling equipment of the call receiver and sent from the calling equipment is received. An effectiveness of the advertisement information is determined based on the received input information.

Abstract: A server system includes a database having an identification number and a contact destination number as associated information; a storage device for containing the database; a call-accepting unit for accepting a call designating an advertised telephone number from a user's telephone as well as for extracting the identification number therefrom; a contact destination-extracting unit for extracting the contact destination number associated with the identification number from the database; and a connection-processing unit for connecting the call from a user's telephone to the telephone of an advertiser corresponding to the contact destination number according to the extracted contact destination number.

Abstract: When a service provider authenticates a preliminarily registered user, a telephone number of a telephone of the user is registered prior to the authentication and the user calls a CTI (computer telephony integration) server by the use of the telephone. The CTI server authenticates the user with reference to the telephone number of the call received. A password is generated by an information processing device such as the CTI server and is transmitted to both the user and the service provider. The service provider compares the received password and a password inputted by the user and provides the user with service upon coincidence between both passwords.
