    Abstract: A heat exchange cell includes a casing, a heat exchanger in which a first heat transfer fluid flows, a feeding zone, and first and second collection chambers for a second heat transfer fluid. The casing can include rear, front, and peripheral side walls. The heat exchanger can be helically-shaped, mounted in the casing, and include at least one tubular duct for the flow of the first heat transfer fluid. The tubular duct can be coiled about a longitudinal axis and define a helix. The feeding zone of the second heat transfer fluid can be defined in the casing coaxially and internally with respect to the helix. The first chamber can be defined externally with respect to the heat exchanger by a radially outer wall thereof and the peripheral side wall. The second chamber can be at least partially delimited by at least one separating element.

The first and second heat exchange chambers are separated by a first separating element comprising a substantially plate-shaped body and by at least a second separating element so as to define at least one passage of fluid between the first and the second collection chamber of the second heat transfer fluid. A pair of axial separator baffles extend axially between the second separating element and the rear wall of the containment casing, and are configured to separate a first portion of the second collection chamber from a second portion of the second collection chamber.

    Abstract: A heat exchange cell for a heating boiler includes a casing with a sidewall enclosing an internal space, the sidewall having an open front end surrounded by an annular edge of the casing front end. A sheet metal annular closing flange has an opening and radially internal, intermediate and external flange edges. The radially external flange edge connects to the casing sidewall along the annular edge. The radially internal edge defines radially internal and external surfaces. A front edge surface connects the radially internal surface and radially external surface. The front edge surface defines a lying plane on which the front edge surface lies, the lying plane defining an axial direction orthogonal to the lying plane and passing through the opening, and a radial direction orthogonal to the axial direction. The radially internal surface extends parallel to the axial direction protruding towards an outside of the cell.
