Abstract: A blank is provided for making an insert that satisfies the USPS requirement that a flat-sized mail piece be uniformly thick so that any bumps, protrusions or other irregularities do not cause more than ¼? variance in thickness. In one embodiment, when folded, the blank forms an insert with spacers about a quadrant that receives a good to be mailed. In other embodiments, when folded, the blank forms an insert with sleeves into which goods may be slid, or an insert with sleeves with closed ends and into which goods may be inserted into cutouts in the sleeves.

Abstract: The blank is made of corrugated board that is foldable in half with at least one half having a cutout to receive a good to be shipped. The folded blank forms a flexible insert that may be inserted into a pocket of a mailer. In one embodiment, one half of the blank is formed with multiple cutouts to receive a plurality of goods of the same or different sizes. In another embodiment, both halves of the blank are formed with cutouts.

Abstract: The blank for making a file folder or mailer has side flaps that have a tab at each end. One tab serves to reinforce a bottom corner of the file holder to avoid popping out when filled to capacity and the other tab is rounded for extending above the front panel.

Abstract: The pocket folder is made from a single sheet blank and has a pair of pockets and reinforced side edges. The pockets may be open pockets or one of the pockets may be closed while the other is open.

Abstract: The pad holder is constructed with an expandable pocket to receive a pad of paper or the like and with a fold over front ply to retain the pad of paper in place. A pad of paper may be retained wholly within the pocket while the front ply is secured to the pocket to retain the pad in a secure condition. In another embodiment, the expandable holder is formed to receive photo prints.

Abstract: The pocket folder has a closed pocket on the back section with each side of the closed pocket being freely expandable. Flaps that form the ends of the closed pocket are separated by a fold line into two contiguous parts that are hinged to each other to allow expansion of the pocket. The pocket folder is fabricated from a one-piece blank of any suitable material such as paper, paperboard or plastic and has score lines on at least the back section to permit expansion when materials are inserted into the closed pocket.
