Abstract: Provided is a virtual reality indoor bicycle exercise system using a mobile device, which includes a cycle unit; a main controller controlling a load granted to the cycle unit and collecting information on various sensors attached to the cycle unit; a mobile device accessing the main controller to provide information such as physical exercise resistance, and the like and generated in an actual traveling path and receiving exercise information generated by various sensors from the main controller; and a main server wirelessly communicating with the mobile device and storing, updating and managing user information, exercise amount information, and the like.
