Abstract: Provided is a semiconductor layer light-emitting element having tunneling blocking layers interposed between adjacent active regions, wherein the tunneling blocking layers are semiconductor layers, which do not allow the movement of an electron or a hole at an applied voltage sufficient to activate only one active region among all active regions, and independently separate two adjacent active regions in a quantum region range, so that the semiconductor light-emitting element comprises multiple independent active regions in a vertical direction in a single chip and thus can be driven at high voltages.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a display device using LED blocks, which includes at least one LED block having an LED installed. The LED block adjusts the color of light displayed according to the contact by the user. According to the present invention, the display device using LED blocks includes: at least one LED block including a plurality of installed color LEDs and a contact sensing unit for sensing contact by the user; and a controller for adjusting the color of light displayed by the LED block on the basis of the color data corresponding to the contact data which is generated by the contact sensing unit in accordance with contact by the user.

Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, an LED block display apparatus for providing an educational function comprises: a plurality of LED blocks that include a plurality of color LEDs; and a controller for providing a text completion function using the LED blocks. The controller transmits a text display signal for displaying glow text to the LED blocks so that the text can be displayed as being glow by the LED blocks. When the LED block related to the text display signal is clicked, the controller transmits a first color change signal for changing color to the clicked LED block, and outputs a notification signal when colors of the LED blocks related to the text display signal are all changed.
