Patent number: 11921866Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to a system and method configured to create a PII profile of the user and monitor data brokers for PII that matches the PII profile. For each data broker, the system can determine a threat level to the user and provide a dynamically updatable user interface configured to present the data brokers in a predetermined order, e.g. descending order of threat. The system can be configured to receive a swipe input from the user to either “Opt-Out” or “Remove” the user PII. “Opting-Out” can include preventing the data broker from selling or sharing the user PII. “Removing” can include requesting the data broker to delete all PII for the user. The system can then monitor the data broker for compliance with the request. Further, the system can provide a user interface to the data broker to petition the user for continued use of the PII.Type: GrantFiled: March 25, 2022Date of Patent: March 5, 2024Assignee: Consumer Direct, Inc.Inventor: David B. Patent number: 11514517Abstract: Systems and processes for the gamification of data, including providing scenarios and actionable elements to execute a preferred scenario. Embodiments can include a credit modification software tool that is configured to automate the transmission of one or more messages to effectuate modification of a credit score associated with a user. The system can determine accounts eligible for improvements, application amounts, time to apply, and determine the effect on user's credit score. Embodiments can include scenarios for increasing a user's credit score where funds are not available by applying for a loan to reduce rolling debts, thereby providing a net increase credit score. Loans can be negotiated based on the resulting credit score and autonomously implement. A universal payment system is disclosed to retrieve data and determine a transaction model, which determines the accounts to be used, in which order, and how much to be applied, in order to benefit a credit score.Type: GrantFiled: November 8, 2019Date of Patent: November 29, 2022Assignee: Consumer Direct, Inc.Inventor: David B. Patent number: 11232489Abstract: System and processes for facilitating the gamification of data, including providing scenarios and actionable elements to allow a user to execute at least one preferred or optimal scenario. The system may collate variables autonomously or variables may be entered by a user, the process may include an analysis step whereby, based on the source, trends, and variation of the variables entered, the process presents gamified scenarios and actionable elements. Within a scenario, the user may then manipulate one or more of the outcomes until at least one desired or optimal scenario is achieved. The user may then action various actionable elements to implement the desired or optimal scenario in a real-world situation. The scenarios provided may be aggregated and presented to a user to further enhance the desired or optimal outcome. The system may use the scenarios to provide temporally relevant advertising or notifications pertinent to a user's real-world actions.Type: GrantFiled: April 24, 2018Date of Patent: January 25, 2022Assignee: Consumer Direct, Inc.Inventor: David B. Patent number: 5154678Abstract: This invention relates to an improved adjustable exercise device for use in step benching which utilizes a combination of a two-piece bench step providing both a lower riser step as well as a higher riser step, the two units having an interlocking feature and lightweightness for a stable broad non-slip load-supporting surface which may be approached from any direction and may be readily assembled and disassembled as desired. The step heights may be varied between the 4 inch and 6 inch step heights which are preferred for the several most desirable levels of step benching. In a modified embodiment another base member is innerlocked with the two-piece bench to increase the vertical height of the top support surface.Type: GrantFiled: January 14, 1992Date of Patent: October 13, 1992Assignee: Consumer Direct, Inc.Inventors: George R. Patent number: 5033742Abstract: An inflatable exercise device for cushioning and supporting the body when used by an exerciser doing sit-up type exercises to stress the exerciser's abdominal muscles. The one-piece device is comprised of at least one hollow inflatable chamber containing a pressurized fluid medium and is formed from a thin flexible resilient plastic material. One portion of said chamber when inflated is generally T-shaped and supports the buttocks, tailbone and lumbar spine areas of the exerciser. The other portion of said chamber when inflated is generally U-shaped and supports the upper and lower back muscles of the exerciser to provide a pelvic tilt effect when the exerciser moves reciprocatably and pivotally between essentially prone and sit-up positions to assist in such pivotal movement. The pressurized hollow chamber of the device maintains the exerciser in longitudinal alignment and out of contact with the device supporting surface, with the user's weight comfortably supported.Type: GrantFiled: July 12, 1990Date of Patent: July 23, 1991Assignee: Consumer Direct, Inc.Inventors: Ronald H.
