Abstract: A lighting system includes two or more three-dimensional structural frames that are joined to one another by at least one shared frame component and at least one shared connector to form a modular structural frame. The frames can be fitted with a light emitting panel for emitting light downwardly. The frames can be suspended from a ceiling via suspension cables or can be fixedly mounted to a ceiling.

Abstract: A lighting system that includes at least one luminaire that has a base plate, a plurality of light sources affixed to the base plate and that are connected to each other by electrical wires and a cover plate that includes a plurality of lenses that allow light from the light sources to emit therethrough. At least one connector is arrangeable adjacent to the at least one luminaire to connect the luminaire to another luminaire. The combination of luminaires with connectors allows for a plurality of configurations of any size lighting system.
Abstract: A modular lighting system that includes or more luminaires that can be individually suspended from a surface or connected to each other to form a variety of scalable arrangements that project light downwardly therefrom. The luminaire can includes a housing that has a first and a second sidewall that is spaced from the first sidewall and a light source that is arranged between the first sidewall and the second sidewall. A first connector can be fixed to and delimit a first end of the luminaire and deliver power to the light source and a second connector can be configured to be fixed to and delimit a second end of the luminaire.

Abstract: A luminaire that includes a lamp head that is magnetically connectable to a support, is configured to rotate to any desired angle or orientation and is detachable from the support to allow for the lamp head to be a hand-held light.
Abstract: A modular lighting system for providing light in various areas includes one or more canopies, a set of bars, a set of hangers for supporting the bars from canopies and, optionally other supports, a set of pendants with light emitting elements and a set of hangers for supporting the pendants from the bars. The bars include two segments with conductive rails disposed or imbedded in their inner surfaces. The hangers have one or two rods and bases shaped and sized for mounting on the bars with the rods contacting the conductive rails. The hangers and bars cooperate to allow the hangers to be placed anywhere along the bars. Pendants can be hanged on the bars singly, or in clusters. In this manner systems can be formed easily and quickly to achieve systems having various esthetic and utilitarian configurations.
Abstract: A lighting system that includes at least one illuminable pendant that is affixable to and adjustable vertically about at least two cable that are suspended from a surface and transfer power to the illuminable pendant to enable the illuminable pendant to emit light therefrom.
