Abstract: A camera module includes a circuit carrier, an image sensor chip arranged on the circuit carrier and an optics module with an optics housing accommodating a lens. Provision is made for the optics housing to be embodied with at least three press-fit pins, the optics housing to be connected to the circuit carrier by way of the three press-fit pins with a predetermined distance from the circuit carrier, wherein the circuit carrier is embodied with at least three press-fit holes for establishing a press-fit connection by the press-fit pins. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing the camera module.
Abstract: A method and an apparatus determine a road condition using a vehicle camera. At least one image is acquired using the camera. A first image area that includes an image of the road surface is determined in the at least one image. A classifier assigns the first image area to at least one class (among pre-established classes) that represents a specific road condition of the road surface. Information regarding this specific road condition is output.
Abstract: In order to recognize hazard areas and/or construction areas on a roadway, an environment sensor produces detected environment data regarding objects indicating the hazard areas and/or construction areas. A traffic light system is detected in the environment data, position data of the traffic light system is determined, an environment scenario is determined from the environment data and is compared with a reference model of the environment scenario. If the reference model does not indicate the presence of a traffic light system, or indicates a traffic light system having position data differing from the position data of the detected traffic light system, then it is concluded that the detected traffic light system is a traffic light system identifying a hazard and/or construction area.
