Abstract: A method, system and program product for streaming of dynamic information content over an interactive media such as the Internet. The dynamic content, such as dynamic weather data, is collected from a plurality of collection sources such as geographically distributed local weather reporting stations. The data information can be relatively static or dynamic, constantly changing data. The dynamic content is stored in databases maintained on a direct access storage device at the dynamic content server. The selection of dynamic content to be transmitted to the end user client is based on a demographic profile that is completed at the time of end user client registration and which precedes delivery of any selected content in response to end user client requests. An application resident on the dynamic content server streams selected content simultaneously to a plurality of end user client devices for each end user client request.

Abstract: A method of presenting content, including steps of: determining a location associated with a user; receiving notice of a dynamic content alert (DCA); creating an advertisement that includes real-time information related to the dynamic content being within a predetermined range of the location associated with the user; and presenting the advertisement to the user.
Abstract: A method of displaying video content includes storing a first instruction with information to control a display of a static video portion, storing a second instruction with information to control a display of a dynamic video portion, and retrieving data corresponding to the first instruction and the second instruction to display the video content including the static video portion and the dynamic video portion. Also described are related methods of editing the video content and making the video content available for display via the Internet.

Abstract: A system for presenting a user selected advertisement to a user includes a sponsor selector configured to obtain an advertisement selection of the user. The advertisement selection includes at least one user preferred advertising source. The system also includes a sponsor select server that receives the advertisement selection of the user from the sponsor selector and to select a user preferred advertisement based on the user preferred advertising source. In addition, the system includes a content presenter that presents the user preferred advertisement and the multimedia content to the user. A related method, computer program product, sponsor selector apparatus and content presenter apparatus are also presented.

Abstract: A heat transfer device includes a vapor chamber that houses a phase change material such as water. The heat transfer device may be selectively formed from a combination of polymeric and non-polymeric materials. In one embodiment, the vapor chamber is formed from a polymer layer surrounding a sealing layer formed from non-polymeric material. The heat transfer device may further include one or more fin members operable to diffuse heat from the vapor chamber to the ambient/outside environment. The fins may be solid structures, or may each define a fin chamber in communication with the vapor chamber. In one embodiment, the fin members are formed from non-polymeric material.
