Abstract: A method of manufacturing a heat dissipating device includes steps of providing a heat dissipating fin and a heat pipe. The heat dissipating fin includes a fin body, a through hole and a collar portion, with the through hole formed on the fin body, with the collar portion extending from a periphery of the through hole and having a first U-shaped protruding ear, with the first U-shaped protruding ear having a first opening, with the heat pipe having a heat dissipating end and a heat absorbing end, and with the heat dissipating end opposite to the heat absorbing end; inserting the heat dissipating end into the through hole and the collar portion; and punching the collar portion to shrink the first opening of the first U-shaped protruding ear, such that the collar portion fixes the heat dissipating end in a tight-fitting manner.
Abstract: An impeller includes a fan frame, a hub, a plurality of axial blades and a plurality of wind guiding blades. The fan frame has a wind inlet, a wind outlet and an inner ring-shaped oblique surface, wherein the wind inlet is opposite to the wind outlet, and the inner ring-shaped oblique surface is formed at an inner side wall of the fan frame and adjacent to the wind inlet. The hub is disposed in the fan frame. The axial blades are connected to the inner side wall of the fan frame and the hub. The wind guiding blades protrude from the inner ring-shaped oblique surface.
Abstract: A universal LED tube includes a LED light bar, a power conversion apparatus, and a safety switch apparatus. The power conversion apparatus converts an external power source to provide the required power for supplying the LED light bar. The safety switch apparatus is connected to the LED light bar and the power conversion apparatus. The LED light bar is driven to emit light by the external power source after a switch module of the safety switch apparatus is certainly turned on.

The first metal cover plate has a plurality of first support portions, each of the first support portions has a head portion and a neck portion, and the head portion is extended from the neck portion. The second metal cover plate has a plurality of second support portions, each of the second support portions has a through hole and an engaging recess, and the engaging recess is formed in the through hole. The head portion is disposed in the engaging recess and the neck portion is disposed in the through hole, such that the first support portion and the second support portion are engaged with each other.
