    Abstract: A hand tool (5) is provided wherein a pipe engages a female (20) or male brush (30) at one end (10d) of the tool and the other end (10c) has a grippable member (15, 16) that allows a rotation bicycling motion to permit the easy cleaning of the pipe end. Variations include a hinge between such ends to allow cleaning the pipe end at an angle or a ratchet version.
