Patents Assigned to Core Corporation
  • Patent number: 8547003
Abstract: A heat-dissipating module includes a plurality of cooling fins arranged radially, spaced apart from each other, and connected annularly in a manner that a hollow core is formed centrally in the heat-dissipating module. The cooling fins each bend at a preset position thereof and in a first direction, such that the cooling fins each include a first flap and a second flap. The first flap and the second flap together form a preset included angle therebetween.

  • Patent number: 8137298
Abstract: Provided is a method and system for bandaging an abdominal region of a patient. A method includes providing an abdominal binder and securing the abdominal binder about the abdominal region of a patient. The abdominal binder has an inner layer including an absorbent pad configured to contact and extend about at least a majority of the circumference of the abdominal region of a patient, and configured to absorb post-procedure fluids during use, and an outer layer including an elastic sheet of material for surrounding at least a portion of the inner layer and providing a compressive force to retain at least a majority of the inner layer against the abdominal region of the patient during use. The outer layer is about 70 to 130% of the size of the inner layer when the outer layer is provided in an unbiased state.

  • Patent number: 6455125
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a paper core material is described. The paper core material has uses such as in the building industry and has the advantage that no toxic home syndrome is caused in a newly built house or office. The paper core material has a continuous geometric pattern such as rectangular or hexagonal cells and is made by the method of providing a plurality of base paper strips, bending and gluing the base paper strips to form the paper core material having a continuous geometric pattern, treating the paper core material with a charcoal solvent comprising activated carbon dust, wood vinegar and a flame-resisting agent, and drying the paper core material. An alternate method is provided which involves treating the base paper strips with the charcoal solvent, drying the base paper strips, and then bending and gluing the base paper strips to form the paper core material having a continuous geometric pattern.

  • Patent number: 5997702
Abstract: An aqueous electrolyte ozone generating system includes on electrolyte tank and liquid-vapor separator tank. Electrolyte tank has a liquid supply port located at its upper part which allows ozone gas-containing liquid (generated at an anode) to be supplied to the liquid vapor separator tank. Water at the bottom part of an separator tank flows back to the anode chamber of the electrolyte tank through a return port, and fresh water is replenished to the system simultaneously while the temperature of the water in the separator tank is controlled. Liquid-vapor separator tank is thin in horizontal width and long in the vertical direction. A heat exchanger wall is installed to and covers most of the surface area of at least one side of the separator tank. A temperature control, capable of providing a cooling effect, is integrally installed to the heat exchanger wall.

  • Patent number: 5951921
Abstract: An apparatus for producing ozone water by accelerated mixing and dissolving of ozone into water due to an enhanced contact efficiency of ozone gas and water with controlled temperature includes a circulation line for circulating ozone water and employs a jet nozzle (4) in a conduit (4) which returns the ozone water from the circulation line into a primary container. This causes negative pressure about the outlet of the nozzle, whereby the ozone gas is sucked into the water which is jetted. Thus, the ozone gas is rapidly mixed and dissolved into the water. Efficiency of stirring of the ozone water is also enhanced. A secondary container is provided in the circulation line, which specially facilitates cooling of the ozone water as well as prevention of freezing.
