Abstract: Embodiments are directed to a method for operating at least one computing device to identify potential customers. The method includes analyzing social media content to determine a need of a social media user. A business that can meet the determined need is identified. The method notifies the identified business that the social media user may be a potential customer. Some embodiments are directed to a computer device comprising a processor adapted to perform the above method. Other embodiments are directed to at least one non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising computer-executable instructions that, when executed, perform the above method.
