Abstract: A device for placing a seal around an implant in a blood vessel, and associated treatment kit are provided. This device (24) includes a hollow sheath (60) having a longitudinal axis (Y-Y?), and at least one release member (62), which may be deployed with respect to the sheath (60) between a retracted position in the sheath (60) and an extracted position out of the sheath (60). The device (24) includes, for said or each release member (62), a seal body (64) having an angular extent strictly less than 360° around the longitudinal axis (Y-Y?), the seal body (64) being releasably attached onto the release member (62) so as to be released from the release member (62).
Abstract: A device (10) for treating a blood circulation conduit is provided. The device (10) includes an implant (20) intended to be placed in the conduit (3). The implant includes a tubular endoprosthesis (22) and an insertion member (24). The device (10) includes a tool (26) for deploying the implant (20), able to occupy a configuration for introducing the implant (20) into the conduit. It includes an actuation member (28) of the insertion member (24), able to be actuated from a proximal end (85A) of the deploying tool (26) in order to have the insertion member (24) pass from an inactive position to an active position. The insertion member (24) is freely movable with respect to the endoprosthesis (22) between its inactive position and its active position.
Abstract: Prosthetic implant of the type comprising: a tubular support (12) of axis X, which can be deformed between a compressed state with a small diameter and a dilated state with a larger diameter, the tubular support comprising a lattice comprising rhombus-shaped meshes (26), each mesh having a first diagonal (28) parallel to the axis X and a second diagonal (32) perpendicular to the axis X; and at least one resilient membrane (14A, 14B) arranged inside the tubular support. The membrane comprises a fixing portion (48, 52), the fixing portion being fixed to a fixing section (65, 66) delimited by a strand (20A, 20B) of the tubular support, the fixing section being oriented substantially parallel to the axis X.
