A wildfire evacuation vulnerability evaluation method may include identifying wildfire vulnerable areas and critical roads for wildfire evacuation within the wildfire vulnerable areas through a wildfire evacuation vulnerability measure based on origin-destination pairs and failure probability for each road due to wildfires.
