Abstract: A construction panel with improved physical properties is disclosed. This panel is comprised of a wire-mesh framework, an insulating core disposed within the framework, and means for disposing the insulating core within the framework and connecting the core to the framework. The wire-mesh framework is a closed, four-sided structure with a front side, a back side, a left side, a right side, a first alignment guide, and a second alignment guide. Cross-tie separators pass through the insulating core and are attached to the wire mesh framework at spaced points.
