The conductive layer includes a conductive pattern, and a reference portion serving as a positioning reference for placing the suspension board with circuit on a load beam.

Abstract: A locking device includes a housing and a locking mechanism mounted within the housing. A locking bolt is operatively connected to the locking mechanism such that the locking bolt is moveable from an unlocked position to a locked position. An insert is sized to be removably received within an insert aperture of the housing. The insert includes a locking bolt hole sized to receive the locking bolt. The insert also includes a trigger guard cavity, sized to receive a trigger guard of a firearm. The insert also includes an insert contoured surface shaped to conform to a frame surface of the firearm. When the insert is disposed within the insert aperture and the locking bolt is in the locked position, the locking bolt extends through the locking bolt hole and at least partially through the trigger guard, and the insert contoured surface engages the frame surface, to secure the firearm.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of semiconductors and discloses a semiconductor device and a manufacturing method therefor. Forms of the method may include: providing a substrate structure, where the substrate structure includes: a semiconductor substrate, a semiconductor fin on the semiconductor substrate, isolation regions at two sides of the semiconductor fin, a gate dielectric layer on a surface of the semiconductor fin above the isolation regions, and a gate on a part of the gate dielectric layer; and performing threshold voltage adjustment ion implantation on a part of the semiconductor fin that is not covered by the gate, so as to enable implanted impurities to diffuse into a part of the semiconductor fin that is covered by the gate. Forms of the present disclosure can reduce loss of impurities implanted by the threshold voltage adjustment ion implantation.

Abstract: Proteomic methods for identifying cancer related proteins and related products and kits are provided. The cancer specific proteins are extracellular matrix proteins that are associated with various aspects of cancer. Panels or signature sets of proteins useful in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of cancers as well as monitoring therapeutic progress in a cancer patient are provided herein along with methods for their detection and for their use in targeting imaging and/or therapeutic agents to the tumors via binding to the specified proteins. The proteins were identified using proteomics analyzes of tissue samples taken from cancer patients. In certain aspects the proteins are particularly useful in colon cancer patients.

Abstract: A thermosetting resin composition due to containing a modified PPE resin as a main ingredient is suited for use in making a pregreg or a copper foil substrate, when hardened, featuring a small dielectric constant (Dk), a low dielectric dissipation factor (Df) and a high Tg as well as a high resistance to heat and flame, this outstanding result is because the modified PPE resin is formed with a novel two-dimensional hardenable structure prepared to have side-chain reactive functional groups being provided in addition to those at the terminal ends of the main chain of the PPE resin thereof.
Abstract: The waterproof sound-permeable membrane of the present disclosure is a waterproof sound-permeable membrane adapted to permit passage of sound and prevent ingress of water. The air permeability of the waterproof sound-permeable membrane, as expressed by Gurley number, is 20 seconds/100 mL or more. The water entry pressure of the waterproof sound-permeable membrane is 500 kPa or more. When a tensile strength at break of the waterproof sound-permeable membrane in a MD direction is denoted by T1 and a tensile strength at break of the waterproof sound-permeable membrane in a TD direction orthogonal to the MD direction is denoted by T2, a strength ratio (T1/T2) is in a range of 0.5 to 2.0.

Abstract: A similar-information search method includes obtaining an instruction indicating which of an encrypted search and an unencrypted search a data computation device is to perform; generating an encrypted feature quantity and transmitting the encrypted feature quantity to the data computation device; generating an encrypted similarity value and transmitting the encrypted similarity value; and receiving encrypted reference data from the data computation device and decrypting the encrypted reference data. A homomorphic encryption scheme that makes decryption by the data computation device unsuccessful is used when the encrypted search is performed, whereas an encryption scheme that makes decryption by the data computation device successful is used when the unencrypted search is performed.

A first root certificate transform value is calculated by applying a first transform function to data constituting a first root certificate recorded in the first information recording medium and a second root certificate transform value is calculated by applying a second transform function to data constituting a second root certificate recorded in the second information recording medium. Transform values based on first and second root certificates are compared. A process under execution is continued when the first and second root certificate transform values match. However, the process under execution is stooped or a warning is output when the first and second root certificate transform values do not match.
Abstract: An injection molding method includes a supply step of simultaneously supplying molten resins to a cavity portion from two gate portions and an associating step of associating the molten resins supplied from the two gate portions in a central part of the cavity portion. The supply step supplies the molten resins to the cavity portion from the two gate portions which substantially face each other around the cavity portion. The associating step includes at least one of a first step in the supply step of simultaneously starting the supply of the molten resins to the cavity portion from the two gate portions, and a second step in the supply step of simultaneously starting the injection of the molten resins into the cavity portion from the two gate portions at the same injection rate.

Abstract: A nonvolatile semiconductor memory device includes: a memory unit; and a control unit. The memory unit includes: a multilayer structure including electrode films and interelectrode insulating films alternately stacked; a semiconductor pillar piercing the multilayer structure; insulating films and a memory layer provided between the electrode films and the semiconductor pillar; and a wiring connected to the semiconductor pillar. In an erase operation, the control unit performs: a first operation setting the wiring at a first potential and the electrode film at a second potential lower than the first potential during a first period; and a second operation setting the wiring at a third potential and the electrode film at a fourth potential lower than the third potential during a second period after the first operation. A length of the second period is shorter than the first period, and/or a difference between the third and fourth potentials is smaller than a difference between the first and second potentials.
