Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods for the multiplexed characterization of analytes using dye-tagged affinity molecules. The DTAMs, useful in conjunction with liquid chromatography systems, allow for the parallel quantitation and characterization of attributes of one or more target analytes from complex solutions.

Abstract: Systems, apparatus, articles of manufacture, and methods are disclosed to evict tokens from a key value cache. An example apparatus includes interface circuitry, machine readable instructions, and programmable circuitry to at least one of instantiate or execute the machine readable instructions to: determine score history values for tokens based on attention scores associated with the tokens, wherein a token is a numerical representation of text, after a number of tokens present in the key value cache exceeds a threshold number of tokens, compute group importance scores for groups of tokens based on score history values of the tokens in the groups of tokens, identify low-ranked groups of tokens having lowest group importance scores, the low-ranked groups of tokens associated with an eviction range in the key value cache, and remove an identified low-ranked group of tokens from the eviction range of the key value cache.

Abstract: In an aspect, a system is described. The system comprises a target vehicle. The target vehicle comprises a collision warning module configured to determine one or more collision zones around the target vehicle; detect one or more obstacles around the target vehicle; determine coordinates of the one or more obstacles around the target vehicle; compute a probability of the one or more obstacles lying within the one or more collision zones as true when the coordinates of the one or more obstacles are within a range of the one or more collision zones; and communicate a first command to a control module of the target vehicle to activate a locking mechanism to one or more movable elements of the target vehicle.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing an optical member includes: providing a polycrystalline wavelength conversion member including phosphor particles and having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; forming a modified portion inside the wavelength conversion member by focusing laser light inside the wavelength conversion member; and cleaving the wavelength conversion member with the modified portion being a starting point, which includes pressing the wavelength conversion member from a first surface side.

Abstract: A door opening and closing device includes a motor which generates drive power for a door in an opening and closing direction of the door, a door position sensor which detects an opening and closing position of the door, and a controller which controls the motor based on the opening and closing position. The motor includes a stator having at least three-phase coils and a rotor. The motor generates the drive power when the rotor rotates with respect to the stator. The controller performs door holding control of generating, as the drive power, a holding force for holding the door at the opening and closing position, in a case where the opening and closing position is within a predetermined range. In the door holding control, the controller energizes at least two phases of the motor such that rotation of the rotor is braked to generate the holding force.

An embodiment of an apparatus includes one or more processors including a graphics processor to process data; and a memory for storage of data, including compressed data. The one or more processors are to provide for compression of a data structure, including identification of a mode in the data structure, the data structure including a plurality of values and the mode being a most repeated value in a data structure, wherein identification of the mode includes application of a mode approximation operation, and encoding of an output vector to include the identified mode, a significance map to indicate locations at which the mode is present in the data structure, and remaining uncompressed data from the data structure.

Abstract: Provided is an iron-based mixed powder for powder metallurgy that has excellent compressibility and, even in a typical production process with a compacting pressure of less than 600 MPa, enables production of a sintered body having a tensile strength of 1200 MPa or more and excellent impact resistance. An iron-based mixed powder for powder metallurgy consists of: a partially diffusion-alloyed steel powder comprising an iron-based powder and Mo diffusionally adhered to a surface of the iron-based powder; and an alloying metal powder. The iron-based powder has a certain chemical composition, the partially diffusion-alloyed steel powder has a Mo content of 0.20 mass % or more and 1.5 mass % or less, and an apparent density of 2.8 g/cm3 or more and 3.6 g/cm3 or less, and the alloying metal powder contains at least one of a Cu powder and a Ni powder with a certain apparent density in a certain amount.

Abstract: An embodiment establishes a creative work database based in part on data representative of a plurality of identified creative works and authors associated with the plurality of identified creative works. The embodiment extracts a set of a first set of features from an unidentified creative work. The embodiment compares the first set of features corresponding to the unidentified creative work to a second set of features corresponding to an identified creative work to obtain a similarity score between the unidentified creative work and the identified creative work. The embodiment compares the similarity score to a threshold similarity score, and upon a determination that the similarity score meets the threshold similarity score, identifies a particular author to associate with the unidentified creative work. The embodiment authenticates the new identified creative work. The embodiment updates the creative work database to include the new identified creative work.

Abstract: A VSP-based depth domain seismic profile horizon calibration method includes steps: obtaining VSP wavefield data of a depth domain (S10); determining first arrival time information on the basis of the VSP wavefield data (S20); processing the VSP wavefield data on the basis of a preset filtering method and the first arrival time information to obtain upgoing wave data (S30); generating a zero offset profile of the depth domain on the basis of the upgoing wave data (S40); and calibrating, on the basis of the zero offset profile, a depth-domain profile to be calibrated, so as to generate a corresponding calibration result (S50). Also provided are a VSP-based depth domain seismic profile horizon calibration apparatus and a computer-readable storage medium.

The controller adjusts an advance angle of the motor, detects a rotational speed of the motor or an opening and closing speed of the opening and closing body according to pulse detection based on the pulse signal output from the pulse encoder, and detects a pinching state of the opening and closing body when the rotational speed of the motor or the opening and closing speed of the opening and closing body is equal to or less than a threshold value during advance angle control on the motor.

Abstract: Validation/authorization of nodes within a distributed trust computing network for participation in consensus mechanisms. The validation/authorization is based at least on current geo-location of the node being within predefined geo-location boundaries. Geo-location of a node may be proven by receiving geo-coordinates from a geo-receiver connected to the node and in synch with a geo-satellite or, when geo-signals are unavailable, through secondary geo-receivers. Additionally, validation/authorization of nodes for participation in consensus mechanisms is based further on whether the node currently holds digital property or holds a specified amount of digital property.

The method may include determining that a system-on-chip (SoC) is under a sleep mode; determining that a wake-up condition is met; calculating a second authentication key based on data stored in a flash memory of the SoC using a cryptographic algorithm; comparing the second authentication key with a first authentication key, wherein the first authentication key is associated with a secure boot of the SoC and obtained from an Always On (AON) memory of the SoC; and in response to a comparison result that the first authentication key is the same as the second authentication key, waking the SoC up from the sleep mode.
