  • Publication number: 20170226304
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a foam for impregnating a liquid-phase cosmetic material, wherein the foam can be used while impregnating a liquid-phase or solid-phase cosmetic composition, such as a solution, an emulsion, a gel, a cream, or a suspension. According to the present invention, disclosed is a method for preparing a foam for impregnating a liquid-phase cosmetic material, the method comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a polyester polyol obtained by putting a polyester polyol in a chamber, followed by deflation at a temperature of 55-65° C. and mitigation under conditions of a pressure of 0.1-0.2 kPa for 60 minutes, and then lowering the temperature to 25-35° C. followed by supply of nitrogen and mitigation under conditions of a pressure of 2-3 kPa for 48 hours; (b) preparing a polyether polyol obtained by putting a polyether polyol in a chamber, followed by mitigation under conditions of a temperature of 15-25° C. and a pressure of 0.1-0.

  • Publication number: 20130344121
Abstract: Disclosed is an elastic make-up cosmetic composition containing a silicone elastomer. More particularly, the make-up cosmetic composition includes a powder type silicone elastomer, powder extender pigment, hydrocarbon gel, anhydrous silicone oil and organic dispersant oil. A silicone elastomer of a surface-treated powder type and a polymer are used to improve the dispersibility of silicone elastomer when producing a cosmetic composition. As a result, it is possible to provide a make-up cosmetic composition having a silky and soft elastic feel. The resultant cosmetic composition is adhered to the skin smoothly, has a good elastic feel and spreadability and shows little dust flying.

  • Patent number: 6346257
Abstract: Disclosed is a process for preparing water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic compositions containing L-ascorbic acid. The use of 2-hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin and a water-in-oil type emulsion allow L-ascorbic acid itself to be preserved for a lengthy period of time with high functional maintenance. Even after being stored for a significant period of time, the water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic compositions do not exhibit discoloration nor give out offensive odor nor show the separation of cosmetic ingredients. In addition, the cosmetic compositions keep L-ascorbic acid high in the effective whitening activity, such as melanin reduction and inhibitory activity against tyrosinase.
