Abstract: The present invention includes an applicator device that comprises a first sheet with a bottom surface and a top surface. A cosmetic portion is positioned on the top surface of the first sheet. The applicator device also includes a second sheet that comprises a bottom surface facing the top surface of the first sheet and the cosmetic portion. A plurality of fibers is positioned on either the top surface of the second sheet or the bottom surface of the second sheet or both. An adhesive adheres the first sheet to the second sheet.
