Abstract: Device (10) and method for preventing the drying of fluid products in a delivery head (12) of a machine for dispensing fluid products, wherein the delivery head (12) is provided with a plurality of delivery nozzles (11). The device (10) comprises first elements (25) to generate a conditioning flow, second elements (15, 20, 21) to convey the conditioning flow towards a space (19) underneath the delivery nozzles (11) and create in said space (19) an atmosphere different from that of the environment in which the dispensing machine is to be found during use. The delivery nozzles are divided into at least two groups and the space (19) is divided into at least two distinct conditioning zones (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d), disposed in correspondence with the groups of delivery nozzles (11). Different atmospheres are created in the conditioning zones (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d), according to the type of fluid product delivered by the corresponding group of delivery nozzles (11).

  • Publication number: 20080269950
Abstract: A mixing machine for mixing a fluid product contained in a container, comprising one or more mixing devices, each able to mix the product according to a determinate mixing cycle chosen from a plurality of elementary mixing cycles. A command and control unit has a first memory in which the operating sequences of the plurality of elementary mixing cycles are memorized, and is connected to a data introduction device associated with a second memory in which the characteristics of the container or of the product to be mixed are memorized. Each operating sequence of the determinate mixing cycle is pre-defined according to the characteristics memorized in the second memory.

  • Publication number: 20080087672
Abstract: A container to contain fluid products, installed in a dispensing machine for fluid products, which is provided with a pair of delivery stations which have respective axes of delivery (X1) arranged at a determinate distance (D1) from each other. The container comprises an outer wall shaped so as to define an inner compartment consisting of two cylindrical zones connected by an intermediate zone. The distance (D2) between the longitudinal axes (X2) of the two cylindrical zones is substantially equal to the determinate distance (D1) between the axes of delivery (X1).

  • Publication number: 20080041428
Abstract: A device to prevent the exsiccation of fluid products in a delivery head of a dispensing machine for said fluid products. The device comprises a first element able to generate a flow of air mixed with steam or with at least a solvent, and a second element able to convey the flow towards a zone underneath the delivery nozzles of the delivery head and to create in said zone a determinate atmosphere, different from the atmosphere in the environment where the dispensing machine is to be found during use. The device also comprises detection elements arranged in proximity with the delivery head and able to detect one or more significant parameters of said determinate atmosphere, and a regulation circuit able to regulate one or more characteristics of said flow according to the values detected by the detection elements in order to maintain the significant parameters of the determinate atmosphere within a set of pre-determined values.
