Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for providing a user interface for specifying details of a development project, receiving, through the user interface, user-input specifying a type for the development project, a location for development project, and a financing structure for the development project, determining one or more projected outcomes for the development project based on data for the specified type, location, and financing structure of the development project, and, providing, through the user interface, an analysis of each of the one or more projected outcomes.
