Abstract: A vacuum light apparatus is configured with a light source that illuminates a light pipe forming a light pipe conduit configured to draw vacuum therethrough. The vacuum light apparatus has a light switch to turn the light source on and off, dim up and down and a vacuum actuator to adjust the amount of vacuum on the projection end of the light pipe. The light source may receive power from a battery, or from a power cable. The power cable may be detachably attached to the vacuum light apparatus, such as to the body. An exemplary vacuum light apparatus may be used for dental applications to provide illumination in an oral cavity or mouth while providing suction to draw away saliva, other fluids and particles from the procedure.

Abstract: Apparatus that mixes non-homogenous fluid. A threaded shaft within a housing circulates fluid within a container to effect mixing. In one embodiment, when placed in a container of fluid, the housing the fluid is recirculated through opposing ends of the housing. In an embodiment of a related method for mixing, a pump housing containing a screw journaled for rotation receives fluid within a container and conveys the fluid therethrough to circulate a fluid portion in the container along an exterior surface of the housing for mixing with another fluid portion to improve fluid homogeneity. After mixing, the portion of the fluid which first circulates through the housing may recirculate through the housing with said another portion of the fluid. The fluid may be continuously mixed and recirculated through the housing.

Abstract: A valve cap assembly for being attached to an air valve and removably covering an end of the air valve includes a hoop, a cap, and an arched tether connecting the hoop and the cap. The hoop attaches the valve cap assembly to the air valve. The cap removably covers the end of the air valve to protect the end of the air valve. Both the hoop and the cap form a dependable interference fit between the hoop or cap and the valve stem to retain the hoop on the valve stem and to retain the cap covering the end of the air valve on the air valve. The cap includes one or more longitudinal protrusions that form the interference fit.

Abstract: Interactive therapeutic devices for wear on a head of a user are provided herein, along with kits including the interactive therapeutic device and an activity book, and methods of using the devices and kits. Contemplated devices comprise a set of attachment points that removably couple with a set of patches via fastener components. The patches can include various types of patches that provide different benefits to the wearer, including style, a scent, a noise, a tactile sensation, protection, and/or the ability to better communicate a feeling and/or a need.
