    Abstract: A dispenser drain attachment includes a threaded cap having a tapered drain socket and an associated drain tube. The interior of the drain tube has a double diaphragm which seals the drain tube, as well as an elastic gas bellows for dispensing liquid portions by alternating deformation of the diaphragm disks of the double diaphragm, which acts as a one-way valve. Such deformation is the result of pressure conditions which change when the gas bellows is compressed and then again released. The dispenser drain attachment is assembled from only two one-piece structural parts, each of which is produced by a two-component injection molding procedure.

    Abstract: A disposable self-opener apparatus for opening a tubular bag cartridge and squeezing a pasty composition therefrom includes a conical tube shoulder having an orifice, with the conical tube shoulder, preferably, made by a plastic injection molding procedure. A self-opener device is able to be screwed with the screw cap for joining the self-opener device with said one end of a tube portion of the conical tube shoulder. The self-opener device has gable-shaped pairs of cutting edges on an inner side thereof with the peaks of the gable-shaped pairs of cutting edges pointing in the direction of screwing. A retainer basket for receiving a metal clip of a tubular bag cartridge to be opened is centrally located on the inner side of the self-opener device, so that the metal clip does not enter a nozzle attached to the orifice of the conical tube shoulder for dispensing the pasty composition, thereby preventing the metal clip from obstructing the flow of the pasty composition through the nozzle.

    Abstract: A plastic container having a storage chamber which graduates from a shoulder section into a bottle neck, in such a way that the length of the bottle neck can be changed about its axis. Thus, this invention provides a constriction between the shoulder section and a pour-out area. The constriction is adjacent the shoulder section and is followed by an area which can be axially compressed. The constriction can serve as a sealing area. Liquid, free-flowing and pourable media can be discharged in doses using a metering element which is fixed to the top of the bottle neck and which penetrates the constriction. By exerting pressure on the metering element, it is possible to establish an open or closed connection between the metering element and the storage chamber of the plastic container.

The valve plate (7) attached to the end of the valve-plate holder (8) forms a valve seat (4) together with the constriction (31) between pressure bellows (3) and the metering chamber (5) that follows it. Axial pressure upon the metering chamber (5) allows the metering chamber to be entirely or partly filled or drained back into the container, as desired, in which case the contents of the metering chamber can be poured out when the cap is removed.

When closed, the two plates connected to each other by a hinge are superimposed in such a manner that openings in the cover plate are arranged substantially over openings in the base plate. Supporting bumps and embossed edges form a support plane on which the blister pack rests with the cover film thereof, for facilitating punching through the cover film when pressure is exerted on bumps of the deep-drawn plastic film of the blister pack. Tabs with corresponding locking noses lock the device. The device also allows disabled patients to remove the tablets required from the blister pack without further assistance.

The two jaws (10) end in pressure edges (11) which thus define a clamping gap (15). This design makes it possible to stack the surgical clips of the invention and secure them on a storage unit. At the same time, the resilient retaining plates (21) ensure that the spring clips remain in position when the rod-shaped delivery device (3) moves upwards. The rod-shaped delivery device (3) comprises at its end a widening (31) by means of which the lowermost skin clip is held spread apart before it is stripped off.
