Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes an audio information obtaining unit obtaining audio information on a user learning a first language, an analysis processing unit estimating a voice production condition of the user in accordance with analyzing the audio information, and a display processing unit displaying voice production condition images in animated display in accordance with a time-series change of the voice production condition. The display processing unit executes processing to superimpose to display a first feature point and a second feature point on the voice production condition images. The first feature point is identified in accordance with the voice production condition observed when a first sound in the first language is pronounced. The second feature point is identified in accordance with the voice production condition observed when a second sound similar to the first sound is pronounced in a second language different from the first language.

Abstract: A method for providing a position-corrected image to an HMD and a method for displaying the position-corrected image on the HMD, and a HMD that displays a position-corrected image using the same are provided. A method for providing a position-corrected image to a head-mounted display (HMD) according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: extracting an object distance to a target object from image information; acquiring rotation information according to head motion of a user of the HMD; calculating a position correction value of an image by using the object distance and the rotation information; and converting the image according to the position correction value and providing the position-corrected image to the HMD.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for wavetable style playback of audio data received from a bursty source is disclosed. Incoming audio data is directed to one buffer while another buffer is available for playback to permit simultaneous buffer filling and playback. When a buffer becomes full of newly received data, the buffers exchange roles. Methods and apparatus for efficiently and accurately controlling addressing of the buffers for playback are disclosed.

Abstract: A consumable supplement contains a colostrum component composed of processed bovine colostrum, magnesium peroxide as a source of active oxygen, a vitamin such as vitamin C, magnesium succinate and a bioflavonoid. This colostrum component can be taken separately or admixed with other minerals, vitamins and the like. In one form, the colostrum component is used as an outer shell for a composite pill, tablet or capsule which includes an inner core containing one or more vitamins, minerals, enzymes or omega acids in the event that the components of the inner core are incompatible with one or more materials of the colostrum component. In this way, a wide variety of supplements may be provided offering the advantages of colostrum and active oxygen and the advantages of other materials which may be taken as a single pill or capsule. Various supplements and formulations are described as well as various amounts of the varius components of the supplement.

Abstract: An audio data format in which an instrument is described using a combination of sound samples and articulation instructions which determine modifications made to the sound sample is provided. The instruments form a first, initial layer, with a second layer having presets which can user defined to provide additional articulation instructions which can modify the articulation instructions at the instrument level. The articulation instructions are specified using various parameters. The present invention provides a format in which all of the parameters are specified in units which relate to a physical phenomena, and thus are not tied to any particular machine for creating or playing the audio samples. The articulation parameters include generators and modulators, which provide a connection between a real-time signal and a generator. The parameter units are specified in perceptually additive units, to make the data portable and easily edited.
