Abstract: Computer-implemented systems and methods for secondary game creation and management include a plurality of gaming machines, and a scheduler configured to initiate a secondary game in response to a request from one or more players or a schedule defined by an administrator, the secondary game including one or more games executed on the plurality of gaming machines. A controller is also provided that is configured to validate each player to participate in the secondary game on respective ones of the plurality of gaming machines and enable secondary gameplay by the validated players on the plurality of gaming machines. Further, a data analyzer is provided that is configured to receive primary game player data and secondary game player data from the plurality of gaming machines and process the primary game player data and secondary game player data to determine at least one of a progression, position, or score of a player of a secondary game.

The variety is produced from a cross of ‘ZF06-231’ (female parent, unpatented) and ‘ZF08-189’ (male parent, unpatented), which can be distinguished by its very large, high-quality fruit in the late season. Compared to other high chill varieties in this ripening window, the fruit is much larger. The berry is very oblate with a distinct wide calyx. The plant is upright with medium vigor and high productivity.

Abstract: The invention provides therapeutic compositions that contain an inhibitor of dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) and promote sustained elevation of dihydroorotate (DHO) levels in a patient. The compositions are useful for treating disorders associated with unregulated DHODH activity, such as acute myeloid leukemia. The invention also provides methods of determining therapeutically effective doses of compositions that contain a DHODH inhibitor. The invention further provides methods of synthesis of 2-(2?-halo-1-1?-biphenyl-4-yl)-quinoline carboxylic acids, which are useful as DHODH inhibitors.

Abstract: A data integration hub system includes a centralized database storing data according to a dimensional modeling schema. The data integration hub system accepts an external dataset from an external data source that stores data according to a database schema that differs from the dimensional modeling schema of the central database. The data integration hub translates the external data set into a first importable format compatible with the dimensional modeling scheme of the centralized database, and imports the translated external dataset into the centralized database. The data integration hub also accepts online platform data from an online platform and imports the online platform data into the centralized database. In some cases, the data integration hub translated the online platform data prior to importation. The data integration hub generates client valuation profiles based on the data imported from the external data source and the online platform.

Abstract: A method for preparation of electrolyte for a redox flow battery includes reducing chromium ore using a carbon source to convert the chromium ore to an iron/chromium alloy with carbon particles; dissolving the iron/chromium alloy with carbon particles in sulfuric acid to form a first solution; adding calcium chloride or barium chloride to the first solution to produce a second solution including FeCl3 and CrCl3; and adding an acid to the second solution to form the electrolyte. Other methods can be used for preparing an electrolyte from chromium waste material.
