Abstract: Fluorescence microscopy apparatus for the analysis of a fundus of a sample eye, based on the use of an optical equipment configured to generate a Bessel beam inside a sample eye and an objective configured to increase the numerical aperture of an “objective-cornea-lens” assembly by reducing the overall focal length of the fluorescence microscopy apparatus, also allowing a significant increase in spatial resolution compared to conventional microscopy systems.
