Abstract: An automatic tablet feeding apparatus includes a guide duct having a receiving space defined therein to receive tablets introduced thereinto and guide the tablets downward, a slider formed to be inclined downward toward the receiving space, a first vibrator accommodated in an outer side portion of the slider and configured to output vibration energy in response to an external control signal, a vibrator controller configured to control the frequency of the first vibrator, and an elastic support plate received in an outer side surface of the slider. The vibrator controller includes a smoothing circuit unit smoothing a DC voltage, a main controller generating a PWM control signal, and a voltage variable switching unit varying the DC voltage smoothed by the smoothing circuit unit in response to the PWM control signal from the main controller and applying the DC voltage to the first vibrator.

Abstract: A drug packaging unit is disclosed. The drug packaging unit includes a storage portion separately discharging a plurality of units of a drug, a supply portion supplying the drug to a drug packaging member, a detection portion detecting a drug supply error by detecting the drug passing through the supply portion, an adjustment portion adjusting the number of units of drug discharged out of the supply portion, and a driver/controller individually driving the storage portion and the supply portion, thereby putting the drug on standby to be discharged. With this structure, it is possible to reduce a drug packaging time and it is easy to control drug supply.

Abstract: A drug packaging device includes: a storage in which drug units are stored; a supply channel communicating with the storage through a supply hole formed in a wall of the storage, extending from the storage, and supplying drug units discharged from the storage to a drug packaging member; and an actuator moving up and down and rotating the storage. The actuator moves the storage up or down to a position at which the storage communicates the supply channel, and rotates the storage to generate centrifugal force required to discharge the drug units from the storage to the supply channel. The supply channel includes: an inlet portion hingedly connected to the storage; an outlet portion which is a free end that is unfixed, and a vibrator installed at the inlet portion and vibrating the inlet portion.

Abstract: Disclosed is a drug packaging device including a packaging unit and a cutting unit. The packaging unit includes a pair of packaging rollers that are pressed against each other with a drug packaging member disposed therebetween, thereby forming isolation regions in the drug packaging member at regular intervals so that at least one drug accommodation section can be formed between the isolation regions. The cutting unit forms a non-continuous zigzag cut line in which peak-shaped cuts and valley-shaped cuts are alternatively arranged and separated by a plurality of uncut portions. With this structure, it is possible to contribute to improvement in durability of a drug packaging member as well as in cuttability of the drug packaging member.
