When the alarm unit is started, the alarm unit detects vibration or shaking of the locking block or the alarm assembly due to an external force and transmits an alarm signal so as to achieve a burglar-proof effect.

The body is mounted to a tire, and the first and second connection portions connected to each other to secure the tire cover to the tire. The tire cover is easily mounted to the tire while the tire does not need to be removed from the bicycle frame.
