Abstract: A method for bundling homeowner insurance and a home service contract includes providing a homeowner insurance policy on at least one property owned by a homeowner, and determining at least one home service contract based upon the at least one property owned by the homeowner. The home service contract includes preventative maintenance on the property. The method also includes calculating an insurance premium savings for the home service contract(s), providing the homeowner with an opportunity to purchase at least one of the home service contracts, and bundling the homeowner insurance policy with the home service contract purchased by the homeowner.
Abstract: A method for providing a value returned home service contract includes providing, to a contract purchaser, a service contract on at least one property owned by a contract holder, and checking a status of the home service contract to determine whether a claim has been made by the contract holder within a predetermined period of time. If the contract holder has not made a claim within the predetermined time, the method may then provide the contract holder with additional value.

When the consumer responds to the offer, consumer data is collected and a bundle of additional consumer products are selected based on the consumer data. The bundle of additional products may include home service products. The method then offers the consumer an opportunity to purchase products from the selected bundle. The method then provides the user with the freemium.
