The disclosed subject matter allows a provider to create meaningful due diligence and disclosure reports on companies seeking to raise money from individuals via the Internet and other communications mediums and present this information in an easily accessibly manner integrated within various mediums, including but not limited to the websites of platforms who serve as intermediaries between the company seeking investment and the potential investing public.
