Abstract: A system for giving meaning to data in a non-standardized digital document. In some embodiments, the system includes a web portal, a recognition server and an extraction system. The web portal is accessible via a network for receiving a non-standardized digital source document. The recognition server is configured to perform optical character recognition analysis on the non-standardized digital source document and generates document recognition data including positional locations of a plurality of characters in the non-standardized digital source document. The extraction system is configured to identify labels and corresponding values represented in the non-standardized digital source document and automatically maps the labels to a plurality of predetermined variables in an external software system to which the values from the non-standardized digital source document are to be imported.
Abstract: A computerized system and method for health care facilities to reduce manual handling of at least some open account issues. The system provides healthcare facilities with the ability to resolve current open patient account issues by utilizing the data patterns from a facility's historical patient account transaction activity, to create a machine learning model that can predict resolutions to the open accounts. These patterns are then applied to a facility's current transaction data providing next step resolution to each patient account.

Abstract: A healthcare wage index reporting method and system providing questions and tasks to collect information for filling out a wage index and occupational mix report; receiving responses; processing the responses to complete the report; checking the responses to detect errors; generating error notices; tracking progress; and generating a completed report for submission. Electronic data files, including PUFs, can be imported to complete the report, or to pre-populate responses, and the system can generate notifications of differences between the report and the imported file. A dashboard can display progress, and current results. The system can save supporting documents, and supply templates for supporting information. The system can generate prompts based on responses, and determine future questions based on past responses. The system can generate various user-requested reports and can include bulletin board functionality.
