Abstract: The invention pertains to a method for operating a cryocabin arrangement 100 with an open-top cabin 10, a cooling unit 20 and a number of fluid circulation units 30. The method comprises receiving user-specific data comprising at least temperature indications measureable, by a number of sensor devices, at skin surface of the user upon delivery of cooling fluid 201 into the cabin via the cooling unit followed by intake and recirculation of said cooling fluid by fluid circulation units, which further return recirculated cooling fluid 301 inside said cabin, and based on said user-specific data, selectively adjusting distribution of said cooling fluid 201, 301 inside the cabin, in terms of at least speed and/or direction of a fluidic flow, to a predetermined level during an operation cycle.

Abstract: A system for automated laser-assisted dermatological treatment is provided, the system comprises a robot arm assembly, comprising a laser head coupled to the robot arm and a controlling unit. The system is configured to remove an undesirable dermatological condition from skin by directing laser energy to a pre-defined skin surface area intended for treatment essentially in an absence of human attendance. A method for real-time controlling an automated laser-assisted removal of undesirable dermatological condition from skin implemented by a system and a computer program product for causing the computer to execute the method are further provided.

Abstract: Disclosed is an applicator device for an apparatus used in a localized cryotherapy treatment. The applicator device is configured, when positioned over a body area to be treated, to receive and to uniformly distribute across the entire area covered thereby a stream of medium, such as air, adjusted to a temperature equal to or above ?40 degrees Celsius (° C.) and directed, at a predetermined speed, via the applicator to the area to be treated, whereby a cold-induced thermal shock response is developed in skin and an underlying tissue within the area covered by the applicator. Related apparatus and a method are further provided.
Abstract: The invention concerns a fluid circulation and mixing system (100) for a cryocabin arrangement used in a whole-body cryotherapy treatment and a related cryocabin arrangement (120), including a system (100) and a cabin (101) for accommodating a patient. The fluid circulation system (100) includes appliances for effective mixing of cryogenic liquid with ambient air and/or for preventing the cryogenic liquid from settling down on the bottom of evaporator. The cryocabin arrangement (120) further includes appliances for generating and maintaining a fluidic whirl (vortex) within the patient cabin, thus enhancing an overall efficiency of the cryotherapy treatment in general and improving beneficial effects of each individual cryotherapy treatment session.
