Abstract: A device for regulating cerebrospinal fluid in a cerebrospinal fluid space includes a cerebrospinal conduit having a distal end for insertion into the cerebrospinal fluid space in fluid communication with the cerebrospinal fluid. An actively oscillatably changeable sealed fluid volume can be in fluid communication with the cerebrospinal conduit. The changeable sealed fluid volume can be in a sealed fluid path extending to the distal end of the cerebrospinal conduit and is capable of actively oscillating in a changing fluid volume size for oscillating the cerebrospinal fluid in and out of the distal end of the cerebrospinal conduit and cerebrospinal fluid space.
