Abstract: A system and method are provided with a computing system, capable of binding SMS, voice and other media transactions into a continuous, stateful messaging process that maintains awareness of the communications event over time delays and media transitions. Communications events between two or more communicators over one communications medium are bridged by the system to a second communications medium, according to the needs of the communicators. Various applications of the system permit selective or automated bridging of the communications event based on predetermined events and timeline formulae.

Abstract: An automated debt collection system receives data relating to debtors and their debts. The system filters the data, according to pre-defined criteria, and contacts debtors who meet the criteria. The system provides interactive messages that enable debtors to make payment commitments, confirm that payments have been made, or make automated payments. Alternately, the system may leave messages for debtors that enable the debtors to contact the system or a client call center regarding remittance of the debt. The system may transfer a debtor to a client call center when necessary. Contact between the system and the debtor may be recorded and data received may be stored and compiled into various reports.

Abstract: A system and method are provided that deliver critical communications to a plurality of recipients, on demand, at any time and nearly anywhere. A server receives input from a client interface that defines the communication, recipient information, and broadcast information. The system contacts pre-selected groups of recipients according to client-defined hunt group. One or more different media platforms may be used for client and recipient interfaces. Text-to-speech and speech recognition technologies further broaden the usability of the system and permit over-dial or web provisioning. Recipients may be selectively transferred to a contact center or a conference bridge with other recipients in response to the communication. Access levels and user permissions may be client defined to structure the system for a client's organizational needs.
