  • Publication number: 20240077581
Abstract: A high-resolution antenna array includes an equivalent antenna array obtained by arrangement of a first and a second physical antenna array. The equivalent antenna array includes a first and a second equivalent antenna group respectively having a plurality of first and second antenna units arranged at equal intervals. The second equivalent antenna group is translated by a unit interval with respect to the first equivalent antenna group, such that each first and second antenna units are staggered and arranged at intervals along a same direction. A processor obtains a target signal reflected by a target object and carries out a calibration on the target signal to obtain a precise phase difference, thereby obtaining an accurate angle of arrival of the target signal. Thus, through the distribution of antennas, the present invention achieves a high angle resolution and prevents angle ambiguity.

  • Patent number: 11835621
Abstract: A blind spot detection system with speed detection function and device and method thereof are provided. The system is disposed on the rear portion of the vehicle, and includes a signal transceiving module and a central processing unit. The central processing unit includes a speed calculation module and an object detection module. The device includes a main body in which the signal transceiving module is disposed. A first signal is sent toward a detection area behind the vehicle for acquiring a second signal for blind spot detection. By calculation based on the second signal, a third signal is acquired for identifying the static and moving objects, and the relative speed between the vehicle and the static object is determined as the speed of the vehicle. Therefore, the blind spot detection system has a speed detection function.

  • Publication number: 20230140422
Abstract: A radar self-calibration device and method are disclosed. The device includes an antenna transceiver module and a processor. The antenna transceiver module has a detection range. The processor is coupled with the antenna transceiver module for obtaining a relative velocity and an angle of the object with respect to the antenna transceiver module in a period of time. The relative angle is the angle included between the object and the driving direction of the vehicle body with respect to the vehicle body. The processor determines if the relative angle is equal to an ideal angle according to a detection model. The detection condition of the detection model includes that when the relative velocity is 0, the ideal angle is 90 degrees. Thus, the present invention assures the correctness of the detected angle through the detection model. When the detected angle is incorrect, the error is promptly calibrated.

  • Patent number: 11572087
Abstract: A radar monitoring system and a radar monitoring method for monitoring a traffic control zone involve installing two radars near the traffic control zone so that the radars emit radar waves covering the traffic control zone and serve as backups for each other; locating any object in the traffic control zone as a coordinate point with respect to a set of X and Y coordinate axes, and subjecting the X and Y coordinate axes of the two radars to axial normalization, so that an identical object in the traffic control zone is located by the first radar and the second radar at approximately the same coordinate point. An alert area is defined in the traffic control zone and an excluded area around a resident facility in the traffic control zone is excluded from the alert area. When an object in the alert area is determined as an obstacle, an alert is triggered.
