The damper unit is relatively movable within the damper chamber with the damper unit movement corresponding to the relative movement between the damper housing and damper rod and the relative movement between the first and second parts. The damper unit is movable in response to hydraulic pressure force upon the damper unit. The actuator includes a pneumatic pressure source for providing a pneumatic pressure force that is transferred to provide the hydraulic pressure force upon the damper unit.

The method includes receiving range data and azimuth data carried by a radar signal transmitted from a radar antenna in communication with the radar system, wherein the range data and the azimuth data represent the radar image as a plurality of azimuth segments that collectively form the radar image in a polar coordinate system. The range data and the azimuth data are translated into abscissa data and ordinate data that represent the radar image in a Cartesian coordinate system, and noise is filtered from the radar image, followed by generation of the radar image including the target to be displayed by a display screen to an operator.

    Abstract: A torque transfer limiting arrangement includes a housing, an input drive shaft, an output drive shaft, and an output cam plate having a plurality of ball ramps with a plurality of balls for transmitting input torque to the output cam plate. A stator assembly is rotatably fixed relative to the housing, and includes at least one stator friction disc. A rotor assembly includes at least one rotor friction disc rotatable relative to the stator friction disc. A sensing spring permits axial displacement of the output cam plate when the input torque exceeds a predetermined maximum limit, whereupon the plurality of balls in the ball ramps cause axial displacement of the output cam to thereby drive the clutch into an engaged state causing relative rotation between the rotor and stator friction discs for isolating and frictionally dissipating the input torque.

The member has a connecting portion interconnecting the two legs such that thermal energy can travel between the legs, and such that a spacing is provided between the two legs. The elastic and thermally conductive material is located in the spacing between the legs such that the thermal energy can travel from the first leg through the material and to the second leg, and such that the two legs may deflect relative to each other.
