Abstract: An exercise equipment arranged on a floor so as to surround an exerciser and to have a frame having a shape that lacks one side of a rectangle, includes a first longitudinal horizontal bar connected to the frame, arranged at a predetermined height from the frame, and aligned in a depth direction, a first transverse horizontal bar connected to the frame, having one end thereof connected to the first longitudinal horizontal bar, and aligned in a direction different from the first longitudinal horizontal bar, a vertical bar connected to the frame, and having a height from the frame that is higher than the first transverse horizontal bar, and a second longitudinal horizontal bar connected to the frame, arranged in parallel to the first longitudinal horizontal bar, and spaced from another end of the first transverse horizontal bar.
