Each of the plurality of caregiver displays has a plurality of status indicators indicating when a message has arrived from one of the patient communications modules and at least one of (1) whether a caregiver has been notified of the message, (2) whether the caregiver has acknowledged the notification, and (3) whether the caregiver has responded to the message.
