    Abstract: A surface laminate film ideally suited for application by lamination onto a substrate such as wall covering and a process for laminating said surface laminate film onto said paper substrate is disclosed. The surface laminate film comprises a polyvinylchloride film plasticized with a polymeric plasticizer and combined with an acrylic adhesive. The adhesive should most ideally be an acrylic adhesive.
