Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to a method and apparatus for imaging. Specific embodiments can incorporate an imaging module having at least one first imager, where each first imager images a corresponding at least one first portion of a ?° field of view about a reference point, such that the at least one first imager images the ?° field of view. In a specific embodiment ? is at least 90°. The imaging module can also incorporate at least one second imager, where each second imager images a corresponding at least one second portion of the ?° field of view about the reference point, and one or more of the at least one first imager has a different magnification than one or more of the at least one second imager. Embodiments can allow imaging of a ?° field of view about a reference point with imagers having at least two different magnifications.

Abstract: An environmental control system is disclosed for controlling the environment within a plurality of zones within a building with a plurality of heating, ventilating and air conditioning units. The environmental control system comprises a plurality of controllers for controlling the plurality of heating, ventilating and air conditioning units, respectively. Each of the plurality of controllers includes a temperature sensor connected to a thermostat control for controlling a heating, ventilating and air conditioning unit in accordance with an output from the temperature sensor. A link interconnects the plurality of controllers into a network. Each of the plurality of controllers may alter the operation of the thermostat control in accordance with the operation of the remaining plurality of controllers interconnected into the network.
