Abstract: An installation tool for installing features and/or components involving a grommet onto a water containing structure assembly, and a method of use thereof, which facilitates controlled and precise application of an insertion force. The tool actively prevents or reduces the unintentional application of the insertion force onto anything surrounding the grommet. The tool, and a method of use thereof, may have an insertion force generating sub-system configured to mechanically drive a grommet-based component into the grommet, and an engagement sub-system configured to translate and impart the insertion force from the insertion force generating sub-system to the grommet-based component and the grommet. The tool may have a sturdy, stable, and slide-hammer configuration or a basic tamp configuration for use with a mallet. The slide-hammer may comprise an anvil sub-system and a hammer sub-system in a reciprocating configuration. A complimentary puller tool may be included.
Abstract: A low profile, lighted waterfall apparatus for producing a sufficiently lit artificial waterfall having a light source chamber, distal to a waterfall slot/primary outlet and substantially aligned on the same plane therewith, and a port for accessing the light source, such that the light source can be easily accessed, inserted, removed, and/or replaced. The light source chamber having a transparent, semi-transparent, or translucent divider to shine light towards and across the waterfall slot/primary opening via a grooved spreading manifold/area/passage. The grooved spreading manifold/area/passage configured to spread the flowing water, and direct the water as a fluid wave guide towards the waterfall slot/primary outlet.
Abstract: A system for jet hydrotherapy configured to produce a fluid jet from an aerated fluid flow at sufficiently high velocities/pressures for massage or therapeutic treatment, which is accomplished by an internal geometry that places, at least, fluid and gas orifices, vessels and nozzles in the optimum location and configuration to create high fluid flow velocities throughout the system. The system also is configured to produce a fluid jet with sufficiently high gas content such that a user experiences less discomfort and/or pain when the fluid jet is applied to sensitive tissue areas. The system also is configured to provide a tactile interface upon which a system user can mechanically engage to supplement the jet hydrotherapy.
Abstract: A clip and system for providing light to a spa feature, having a clip for holding a light emitting device and a spa feature having a housing connector, the spa feature and the housing connector being manufactured at least in part from a clear material and having a connector allowing the attachment of the clip to the spa feature, the clip having a support structure for containing and/or supporting the light emitting device and a clip connector for attaching the clip to the spa feature.
