Patent number: 11358177Abstract: This invention discloses a system and method for detecting a cover with an abnormal condition. The system includes a transport track for defining a sliding direction of at least one cover with a detection surface. The transport track has a detection area and a cover removal area, and includes a pair of bottom rails and a pair of side rails. The pair of bottom rails support the cover at an inclination angle so that the cover slides on the pair of bottom rails. The cover is located between the pair of side rails, and the sliding direction of the cover is defined by the pair of side rails. The detection area is used for detecting the detection surface of the cover, and the cover removal area has an outlet for removing a cover with an abnormal condition determined based on a detection result of the detection surface thereof.Type: GrantFiled: March 1, 2019Date of Patent: June 14, 2022Assignee: CVC TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Chi-Huan Shih, Chia Kai Chang, Chang Cheng Chen

Patent number: 7909579Abstract: A rotor head includes a hub and two joint members. The hub has opposite tubular end portions, each formed with a socket that extends inwardly from an end face thereof along a tube axis and that has inner and outer socket sections. Each of the joint members includes a link and a vibration absorbing component. The link has a hub coupling segment retained rotatably in the inner socket section of a respective socket, an intermediate segment extending from the hub coupling segment and disposed movably in the outer socket section of the respective socket, and a blade coupling segment extending from the intermediate segment and outwardly of the outer socket section. The vibration absorbing component is mounted on the intermediate segment, and is disposed in the outer socket section.Type: GrantFiled: August 29, 2007Date of Patent: March 22, 2011Assignee: CVC Technologies, Inc.Inventor: Charles Lin

Patent number: 7832447Abstract: A specification-attaching apparatus includes a transferring unit for transferring a specification fed from a specification-feeding unit to an attaching unit that includes a suction member movable, in response to rotation of a pivot rod, in sequence among angularly spaced sucking, standby and releasing positions. The suction member is operable so as to switch from a non-sucking state to a sucking state when at the sucking position, thereby sucking the specification transferred from the transferring unit and to switch from the sucking state to the non-sucking state when at the releasing position, thereby releasing the specification sucked thereby. A container sprayed with glue by a glue-spraying unit is conveyed by a motor-driven container conveying unit to move in synchronization with and contact the suction member during movement of the suction member from the standby position to the releasing position so that the specification is attached to the container.Type: GrantFiled: July 30, 2008Date of Patent: November 16, 2010Assignee: CVC Technologies, Inc.Inventor: Sheng-Hui Yang

Publication number: 20100051203Abstract: A specification-attaching apparatus includes a transferring mechanism for transferring a specification received in a specification receiving unit into an opening in a platform, wherein the specification is retained in the opening by opposite stop members disposed pivotably and spacedly in the opening. An attaching unit is disposed above the platform, and includes a suction member mounted on a bottom end of a pressing rod, and is operable so as to drive downward movement of the suction member to suck the specification retained in the opening, and so as to drive downward movement of the specification sucked by the suction member to pass through the opening such that the specification sucked by the suction member is attached to a top end of a container conveyed by a container conveying unit, wherein the top end of the container is sprayed with glue by a glue-spraying unit.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 4, 2008Publication date: March 4, 2010Applicant: CVC TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventor: Sheng-Hui Yang
